Who runs this

ICS Cleaner is a free tool made and run by Florin-Ciprian Savu, an independent developer. For anything about this page or your data, write to ics.cleaner@florinsavu.com.

The short version

• The .ics files you open are read and rewritten entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded, and we never see them or the people named in them.
• Your edits and the files you opened in the last 24 hours are kept in this browser's local storage so a refresh does not lose them. They expire on their own after a day; "Clear all" removes them now. This storage exists only to do what you asked and needs no consent banner.
• There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no third-party scripts.
• The page is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, it sees your IP address, browser type, the address requested and the time, and uses them to serve and protect the site. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a working site for this. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Since nothing you enter here reaches us, the data to ask about is what Cloudflare holds in its access logs. Write to the email above for anything else.

Using it

ICS Cleaner is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It rewrites calendar data, including dates and time zones, so check the result in your calendar before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, this page. Please do not misuse it or use it to break the law.
